About the REIT Manager

Spring REIT is managed by Spring Asset Management Limited (the "REIT Manager"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong and a subsidiary of Mercuria Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Mercuria Holdings”). Mercuria Holdings is an investment holding company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 7347) with notable shareholders such as Development Bank of Japan, Itochu Corporation and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited.

Pursuant to the Hong Kong REIT Code, the REIT Manager is responsible for managing the assets of Spring REIT in the best interests of the Unitholders. The REIT Manager is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to conduct the regulated activity of asset management, as required by the REIT Code and the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance.
