Spring REIT Overview

Spring Real Estate Investment Trust ("Spring REIT", HKEx stock code: 01426) is a real estate investment trust which owns and invests in income-producing real estate primarily in Mainland China, while seeking yield-accretive investment opportunities globally. Spring REIT seeks to offer to Unitholders stable distributions and the potential for sustainable long-term growth. Spring REIT offers investors direct exposure to two Premium Grade office buildings strategically located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Beijing, a landmark shopping mall in Huizhou, located in Greater Bay Area, and is also the first Hong Kong REIT to have made an acquisition in the United Kingdom (Please refer to the section of “THE PROPERTIES” for the details of the property portfolio).
